Use of the services
We provide software as a service that allows any company to create and use interactive workflows. We store information on each use of a workflow for your own reporting and metric tracking. All information added to our services is stored and managed on the servers of our service providers, DigitalOcean and Google Cloud Platform.
Users of our services create and add content to our databases. We do not have control over the type of information added by our users. We are not responsible or liable for users use of information they collect while using our services. That information belongs to them and will not be used or shared, except if we are required by law. If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Glenn Works offers integrations with multiple third-party software companies to provide an enhanced experience of our services. In order to use integrations you must opt-in to them individually. When you connect our services to integration providers, it enables us to access, store, and/or update information in the third-party account as outlined below.
When you activate the Gmail integration you authorize us to access and store your email address and basic profile information to identify the Gmail user account for which you are connected. At your direction, you authorize us to send email messages on your behalf. If you disconnect the Gmail integration we immediately revoke and delete the credentials used to access your account.
When you activate the Mailchimp integration you authorize us to access and store information about your lists. This allows you to select the list for which we should add members. We do not access information about the members on your lists. At your direction, you authorize us to add members to your Mailchimp lists. If you disconnect the Mailchimp integration we immediately delete the credentials used to access your account and any stored information about your lists.
When you activate the Salesforce integration you authorize us to access and store information about your contacts and leads. This allows us to provide you with results when you search for people during a session and minimizes the number of requests we must make to the Salesforce API. We check for updates to your contacts and leads at regular intervals while you are logged in to our services. At your direction, you authorize us to create or update objects including but not limited to leads, contacts, and notes. If you disconnect the Salesforce integration we immediately revoke and delete the credentials used to access your account and any stored information about your contacts and/or leads.
When you activate the Slack integration you authorize us to access and store information about your public channels. This allows you to select the channel for which we should send messages. You authorize us to send messages to your Slack account. If you disconnect the Slack integration we immediately revoke and delete the credentials used to access your account and any stored information about your public channels.
Information we collect
This means any information you submit to us that identifies you personally, including contact information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and other information about yourself and/or your business. We may collect this information when you sign up for our services, fill out any forms, respond to a survey, or open a support ticket.
When you visit our website
Our website can be used without providing any personal information about yourself. We use third-party analytics and metrics tools to track non-personally identifiable data. Though in some cases your IP address may be collected by third-party tools. When you sign up for our services or our email subscription list, we request that you provide personal information about yourself and/or the business you represent.
Information About Children
Our services are not intended or targeted for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 16.
When you use our services, we automatically collect data on your computer hardware and software. This data could include IP address, browser type, internet service provider, operating system, access times, and other hardware or software specific data. This information is used maintain the quality of our services and provide general usage metrics on our services.
How we use information we collect
We use your personal information in various ways to provide you services, some examples include, but are not limited to the following: to create your account, to bill you for services, to provide customer support, to better understand your needs or interests, to personalize your experience, to send you updates or alerts.
We use a third-party PCI-compliant service provider to handle credit card information and process billing transactions. This sensitive information is never stored directly in our databases. Our payment provider is not permitted to store or use information you provide except for the purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.
How we share information we collect
We will never sell your personal information. We may transfer your personal information to outside parties who assist us in operating our services, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
The content you add to our databases while using the services and your personal information may be used by Glenn Works internally for improving our systems and services, quality assurance testing, or by our support team when you require assistance.
We reserve the right to use or disclose your personal information if required by law or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or comply with a law, court order, or legal process.
How to Access and Control Your Personal Data
You can request access, correction, updates, or deletion of your personal data at any time. If you are a user of our services and you request the deletion of your information, then your account will be deleted and you will no longer have access to your data.
If we have collected and processed your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing that occurred prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information in accordance to lawful grounds.
